Tejune Kang’s Real Estate Bio

Tejune Kang is the founder and President of Kang Management Group, Inc.

Mr. Kang possesses over seven years experience investing in residential real estate. He is actively engaged in many phases of investment projects, from overseeing the due diligence and overall project management, to generating financial projections, including pro-formas, balance sheets, cash flow analysis, and other financial models. He has managed 15 transactions worth approximately $12 million, as a principal investor as well as a representative for other investors. His investments have provided him valuable knowledge of residential rehabilitation, tenant improvement and pre-foreclosure. Furthermore, he has completed courses recognized by the National Association of Realtors, the CCIM Institute, the California Mortgage Bankers Association, and has obtained the CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member).

Previously, Mr. Kang was a senior level consultant at PeopleSoft, an international software company providing enterprise software solutions and earning revenues in excess of 600 million dollars per year. Tejune was a valued employee for nearly five years, and was recognized as a Company Maker in the entire Western Region. Mr. Kang’s contribution and involvement within the PeopleSoft Global Services organization resulted in countless successful software implementations and millions of dollars of revenue. His expertise includes Enterprise Performance Management, building database management systems that provide analytics, metrics, and various human resource and financial models for senior executive management members of Fortune 500 companies.

Tejune is a rainmaker, a driven leader and extraordinarily strong willed. Mr. Kang is able to successfully manage several projects simultaneously, is a very thorough researcher and creative problem solver who utilizes traditional and non-traditional methods to create equity for him and his partners.

Mr. Kang has also founded several self-sustaining companies in the last four years, including a professional consulting agency, real estate investment firm and an international auto parts import/export business. When he does take time away from work, he likes to travel abroad, snowboard, and go snorkeling. He also enjoys working out, and is a salt-water aquarium enthusiast.
